The reality is, that the majority of web hosts severely overcharge their customers,

without outlaying any additional costs on our half, which would be passed onto you through other providers.
- Only selling what we actually have.

"Unlimited space" is a myth, the next time you find a hard drive with unlimited space,
we'll give you "unlimited money" for it. "Unlimited bandwidth" is a possibility,
but data carriers insist on charging for local and international data transit.
Any hosts currently offering unlimited bandwidth have the tendency to attract the wrong kind of customers,
and simply disappear within the first few weeks, if not days of operation.
The companies that do survive on unlimited bandwidth plans are likely to be using low quality bandwidth
and port speeds of under 10mbit. Our servers all have 100mbit ports, allowing thousands of hits to your website(s)
with minimal performance impact for every visitor.

The servers are located in The Planet Datacenter, Dallas, Texas.
The planet datacenter has in excess of 12 gigabit links to internet backbone providers;
This means that no matter where you are in the world or what kind of connection you are on,
your website will take less than five seconds to load (based per page on a well designed website and a 56k dialup connection).
The hosting is powered by Dell Poweredge Servers, with minimum specifications of at least Dual 2.8GHz Xeons with 1GB of RAM.

- We are located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
- Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

In order to keep our costs to a minimum, a 30-day money-back guarantee is not offered
due to the reasonably high processing fees they attract.
Instead, a 7day free trial is offered, allowing you plenty of time to move your website(s) across
and/or get acustomed to the server.
- What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit?

Your account will be automatically suspended until the end of the month,
unless you choose to pay for extra bandwidth (billed at $1.00/GB USD).
- Can I switch up or down a plan whenever I want?

As long as you don't make a habit of it, yes, you may switch plans at any time;
your account type will either be changed immediately or at the end of your billing cycle as you will.
- Do you support queries relating to web programming / web design?

In order to keep our costs and time to a minimum, we only support queries related to the web hosting itself,
however we have compiled an extensive list of communities and resources to help the web designers of tomorrow.
That said, feel free to ask any queries over instant messaging support, just don't expect a response to all of them.
- Do you have any specials?

- Do you offer domain names?

who offer $6.95 TLD's (.com .net .org .info .us), paid yearly (USD),
as your domain name registrar. If you would like us to register a domain in your name and/or set it up for you,
we are quite willing to assist for no additional fees.
